adeeka Bandarigoda serves as the Vice President and Head of Customer Service, Documentation, and Operations at SALOTA International (Private) Limited. In this role, she oversees the company’s group operations and teams, providing strategic direction and driving innovative solutions for global documentation handling. Her leadership ensures the seamless execution of operational procedures, reinforcing SALOTA International’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to its customers.
Nadeeka joined SALOTA International in 2014 and more than 15 years
of experience and she has been working in the capacity of managerial
position since 2016 in the shipping & logistics industry. Her expertise
covers logistics, shipping and customs house brokerage for Sea, Air, Cross
Trade and Entrepot Trade including 5PL operations.
Nadeeka joined SALOTA International in 2014 and brings over 15 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Since 2016, she has held managerial positions, specializing in logistics, shipping, and customs house brokerage across Sea, Air, Cross Trade, and Entrepôt Trade, including 5PL operations.
She holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and possesses professional qualifications in Shipping, International Freight Forwarding & Transport, AMS filing, FMC rate agreement handling, DG cargo handling, and specialized documentation management for global shipping and supply chain operations. Additionally, she has pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka. She is also contributing her knowledge and expertise as a visiting lecturer at Sri Lanka Logistics & Freight Forwarders Association (SLFFA).
