Her expertise has been shaped by her experience at P&O Nedlloyd Keells (Pvt) Ltd, formerly the world’s fourth-largest container line—and John Keells Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s largest listed conglomerate.

For over 15 years, Nilu played a pivotal role at Aitken Spence Shipping Limited, a subsidiary of Aitken Spence PLC, one of the country’s largest conglomerates, where she led a strategic business unit within the Group. She is also a distinguished professional, holding multiple prestigious qualifications: she is a Chartered Marketer (MCIM) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, UK (MILT). She also holds an MBA and is actively engaged in WISTA Sri Lanka. She was the past President of the organization and is currently serving in the EXCO of WISTA SL.

 Anushika Lokunarangoda is the Vice President and Head of Group Finance at SALOTA International (Private) Limited. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability of the organization through accurate data analysis and strategic financial planning. By providing valuable insights and guidance to senior management, she helps maximize profitability and secure the company’s long-term success.

Mrs. Lokunarangoda joined SALOTA International in 2014 and has held managerial positions since 2017. With over 13 years of experience in financial analysis and strategic planning, she is instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals. She actively monitors financial performance, identifies areas for improvement, and capitalizes on opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Certified Business Accountant (CBA). Additionally, she holds professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL), the Institute of Certified Management Accounting (Australia), and a Master of Business Administration (Finance Special) from Bedfordshire University, UK.

 Neil brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience in logistics and shipping, having held key leadership roles in the industry for over two decades. He served as the Regional Customer Services Manager of Maersk Line Sri Lanka—then the world’s largest shipping line—until July 2016. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Sales Manager for both Maersk Line and Maersk Logistics Sri Lanka. Prior to that, he played a pivotal role at P&O Nedlloyd Sri Lanka, where he led Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions until 2006. At the time, P&O Nedlloyd was the world’s fourth-largest container line, represented in Sri Lanka by a subsidiary of the John Keells Group, the country’s largest and most diversified listed conglomerate.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Neil has been an active contributor to the industry. He served on the Executive Committee of the Sri Lanka Freight Forwarders’ Association (SLFFA) from 2008 to 2012 and represented his employers on the Executive Committee of the Ceylon Association of Ships’ Agents (CASA) from 2015 to 2016.

Currently, as the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Neil drives the company’s business development strategies, leveraging his deep industry insights and leadership experience. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, UK (MILT).

 A visionary leader, Mr. Kolitha Wickremasinghe is the Founder and CEO of SALOTA International (Private) Limited, a global freight forwarding service provider established in 2013. With over 25 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, he began his career in 1992 and has held key positions at several multinational giants, including P&O Nedlloyd, Expeditors, and UTI, both locally and internationally. In Sri Lanka, he has served in senior management roles at John Keells, Freight Links International (Pvt) Ltd, and the Pership Group.

Mr. Wickremasinghe possesses extensive expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and business development. His global experience and deep understanding of supply chain management have made him a trusted expert in international trade, logistics solutions, and operational efficiencies.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Wickremasinghe is committed to social responsibility. Under his guidance, SALOTAInternational actively supports various CSR initiatives, including long-term scholarships for underprivileged students, aid for rural families, and contributions to improving hospitals and schools in need.

 N adeeka Bandarigoda serves as the Vice President and Head of Customer Service, Documentation, and Operations at SALOTA International (Private) Limited. In this role, she oversees the company’s group operations and teams, providing strategic direction and driving innovative solutions for global documentation handling. Her leadership ensures the seamless execution of operational procedures, reinforcing SALOTA International’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to its customers.

Nadeeka joined SALOTA International in 2014 and more than 15 years of experience and she has been working in the capacity of managerial position since 2016 in the shipping & logistics industry. Her expertise covers logistics, shipping and customs house brokerage for Sea, Air, Cross Trade and Entrepot Trade including 5PL operations.

Nadeeka joined SALOTA International in 2014 and brings over 15 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. She holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and possesses professional qualifications in Shipping, International Freight Forwarding & Transport, AMS filing, FMC rate agreement handling, DG cargo handling, and specialized documentation management for global shipping and supply chain operations. Additionally, she has pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka. She is also contributing her knowledge and expertise as a visiting lecturer at Sri Lanka Logistics & Freight Forwarders Association (SLFFA).
